Order Inquiries & Assistance

For matters pertaining to your order status, shipping, tracking, or modifications, please ensure to have your order number is readily available and include the same within the subject of the email addressed to our customer support team.

Returns & Refunds

Customers can request a return within 5 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with any and all tags intact, and in a resellable condition.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the returned item is received and thoroughly inspected by our team and it is ascertained with certainty that the concerned items are in a suitable condition to warrant a full or partial refund.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable except for certain extreme conditions which warrant the same.
